Observations:

  • Wadi Hamra (Gilf Kebir, near start of green vegetation), March 2000
  • Wadi Abd el Melik (Gilf Kebir, bay in upper NE branch), November 2000
  • Wadi Abd el Melik (Gilf Kebir, upper NE branch), October 2004

    Numerous individuals of the species were noted on all visits to the upper reaches of both Wadi Hamra and wadi Abd el Melik in the Gilf Kebir. All were close to live vegetation in the wadi bed. None were seen at similar habitats in Karkur Talh or other valleys at Uweinat.
